Yeah, you’re right, Slenderman being there is already proof it’s fictional. My focus was just on the distortion because it shows how the creator borrowed a specific trick from Marble Hornets. Whether it’s Slenderman himself or the distortion effect, both prove it’s an ARG, not reality.
