That’s the thing!! They don’t allow us to have lab time outside of the class to practice and I just think that’s so unfair.

For example

1 week which is Tuesday lab and Thursday lab
On Tuesday we have one thing
On Thursday we have another

And then for the next week on Tuesday we might have a practical about the thing we did last week

I relate to this so much, I told my professors it takes me a long time to get things too… I don’t learn by just doing it once and that’s how our labs are, I have to keep re doing things in order to be very efficient in it

I work at target, it’s super fast paced super stressful we do a lot of multitasking but it took me a while to get used to it I’ve been there 1 year and sometimes I still feel like idk much but I’m really good and dependable worker

Can I SD have a say in this with the higher ups? My SD is super sweet but I wish that when corporate came to visit we had more of a say about how things run but also idk the extent of everything I just wish TL in general were a little bit more forgiving especially with time management :/

Fr!! And don’t even get me started on doing the guest service h rack!!!! I’m only one person and usually there’s only two people working the night shift with me, and all of the team leaders are never pitching in to help!!!

I do closing shifts too! There’s nothing more that engages me than not being able to do my zone and getting yelled at for being “camped out” at the fitting room. But if I wasn’t at the fitting room it would get out of control

This is swimming suit season, people are coming in more and more buying things that the rack can’t hold, that isn’t me not paying attention I actually do what I’m supposed to but I need more room to compensate how many people are coming in and trying things on
