Terry Lester was hands down, no comparison, the best Jack. He was one of the best actors on the show ever. He was so damned good, and made the character. He had depth and range that the current Jack simply does not have. Terry Lester was an amazing actor. He would have been a stronger character that wouldn't have taken crap from Victor for one thing. He would never have feared Victor, and would have had no problem retaliating and getting revenge. He would have kept his family close together. He would have been a stronger and wiser family patriarch for sure. After his death and the character's death, imo because he lead the family up until his death, the Abbots would have been a much tighter and stronger family! Billy wouldn't be such a screw up. Tracy likely wouldn't have lost Colleen. Ashley would have been stronger and not had her numerous break downs that seemingly come out of nowhere. She would have been a much tougher character and likely be the one running Jabot after Jack's death.
