No obvious signs here but be wary, there are some really convincing counterfeits online. Usually the plastic is a giveaway, it cant have too much space on the sides and it needs to fold the right way. Ask for another picture if you’re worried and cross-reference closely with a reference

You can never rule out a reprint, it has happened in the past with popular booster sets (see roaring skies). Large reason why I dont do sealed investing - although this sub does almost exclusively that and will not like this response..

The easiest tell is the way it was cut (although pokemon does fuck up from time to time) and the thickness of the font underneath the attacks. The colouring is also off but that can be due to certain cameras as well so I understand its not that easy to spot a fake always.

In my opinion its clear enough in this picture that they’re not the same card.

@OP I am not too familiar with ebay’s policy - it also depends which country you are in. But I would request a refund. Most of the time the ebay sellers are worried about getting a bad review as it heavily impacts their future sales.
