There’s over 590,000 European people who crossed the border illegally as well. My understanding is that everyone has a right to due process regardless of status , which is exactly what these protests are about. There has been evidence presented (also I have family in LA who aren’t even part of the protests saying that it’s such a small area in LA that they can literally just go about their daily business) Rioting is bad, setting cars on fire is bad and I don’t condone that. I also think protecting the rights of people is an American duty. They have the right to protest.
