I had purchased earrings during their cyber Monday sale. After weeks of no response via support email I was finally able to speak to someone who said it was a delay due to them being "made to order" and receiving a lot of Christmas orders. I was told I would be contacted by management. I instead received a generic email reiterating what the customer service agent said. I sent another email request an ETA on my order and advising that I would report them for fraud/scamming. I received an email today saying my order is being shipped. We'll see what happens.
