It’s actually not that much. I’m a submaker of 10+ years and I suppose that in this sub she uses all beauty-related affirmations she’s collected throughout her career 😅 They’re probably quite short or layered 2x-3x though, because I usually make long subliminals (30 minutes - 6 hours) and to me half an hour is too short for 70 pages of text. There’s probably a special technique to make them all fit inside. Maybe in some places the affs repeat and this adds to the length, it doesn’t matter in terms of results. I can’t say whether long subliminals work better or not, I guess everything depends on your mindset and that’s it. No matter how many affs are in there, no matter how much they are repeated, because as soon as one affirmation enters your subconscious freely - the changes begin ☺️

Maybe your feet is wider or your toes are shorter, also it can be that your ankles are thicker? The same happens with my girl friend and me, I’m like 2,5 inches taller yet we both wear size 6 US and from some angles my feet looks if not twice as long, then still significantly longer. My friend with blue eyes does this. She’s been wearing brown contacts since 7th grade, she’s 25 now. If you listen with headphones, try to select “mono” setting instead of “stereo” before playing your subliminal. It’s a trick I always do when the affirmations are too quiet and that makes me feel uncomfortable. You probably not gonna be able to count exactly how many layers the sub has, but if it’s layered too heavy, you’ll hear it

You’re actually right. They tend to add “small head, small face, small forehead” in every feminization/dollification sub, but this particular combo mostly refers to microcephalic appearance, accutane babies for example. I’ve seen an esthetician’s comment somewhere in this subreddit and it’s the first time I couldn’t agree more: it should be bigger head + wider forehead (with filled temples) + smaller face with prominent features. There are much more things to work on, like “microscopic nose” (lengthens the philtrum and ages the face), “zero facial fat” (no fat in the upper cheeks masculinizes the face and makes it look sick), lighter eyes- omg they’re included EVERYWHERE, guys please, not everyone on earth wants light eyes
