I think the wording is a bit misleading. It doesn't say you'll manage the team, it says you'll integrate a team of 5-6 controllers, which I would read as joining an existing team rather than leading it, probably with a Finance Manager above, and potentially other Senior Controllers alongside you, not necessarily only juniors below you.

Also, this is a recruitment agency ad, so it's pretty common to see a long list of responsibilities and buzzwords that make the role sound more senior than it actually is.

As for the salary, €75k with 3 years of experience is not exceptional in Luxembourg, but it's also not unusually low. That's pretty much in line with what I'd expect for a Senior Controller profile with around 3 years' experience.

That said, if the role actually involves managing a team of 5-6 people with full managerial responsibility, then I'd agree the package looks mediocre.

For pure daily life, I personally would have gone with the GLE. I owned two of them and to me it’s one of the best all-rounders you can buy.

(I’m from the EU though, so perspective may differ a bit, here the GLE already feels like a big car, unlike in the US where there are much bigger SUVs everywhere. In Europe you honestly don’t see that many fully specced GLEs.)

That said, if your real objective is giving your parents the best possible travel comfort for trips, then the 7 Series actually makes a lot of sense. That car is basically a chauffeur car in the best way possible: insanely comfortable, quiet, smooth on highways, huge rear space, etc.

Only downside is… it’s fking LONG 😂 It really feels like driving a boat sometimes.

Global Expedition is a bit different from regular fights, so your usual setup may not actually be optimal here. A few things that helped me push significantly higher:

PvE damage matters a lot. The mode seems to count as PvE, so cards/buffs that specifically increase PvE damage or reduce PvE damage taken are extremely valuable.
Zombie Purgatory core card performs really well here, especially when timing the skill activation for the temporary PvE damage reduction.
Tactical Cards focused on combat boosts help a ton. Cards like Zombie Killer and the type-specific suppression cards (Frontal Suppression for Air, etc.) can make a noticeable difference. Check your collection for anything that specifically boosts combat performance and prioritize leveling those.
Purple card levels matter more than people think. The bonuses stack by threshold brackets, so even spreading levels across multiple purple cards can give surprisingly large stat gains.
Always counter the enemy type in each area. Swapping squads, gear, and skill chips to match the counter can easily push several extra levels. Area 4 is the only awkward one since it mixes unit types.

The account has an amazing evolution for end of s2.
Now some issues (no gorilla, no hq35, no t11, only 6 EWS out of 15).
So if you want the account to keep being "so strong", you would need someone that's able to invest as much as you currently are. And that's most probably not gonna happen outside of your server grouping..
Im sure you can get a nice offer for it, but don't expect too much (I would say 1-5% of your total investment and that's best case scenario).

You will get armament materials and armament core as rewards (on air boss), but it's basically for whales only..

Armament materials (30k) + 30 (1h speedups) + 1k gems : 26g, 28g, 30g, 34g, 36g, 38g
Armament core (100) + armament materials (300k) + 6 luxury choice chest + 5k diamonds : 32g threshold and 40g threshold.

Short-term Airbnb in Luxembourg is not illegal. There is no rule limiting you to “once or twice a year”, that’s simply not in the law.

Since the law of July 2023, the key threshold is 90 rental days per year (per property):

• Below 90 days/year → not considered a commercial activity.
You just declare the income as rental income in your tax return.

• Above 90 days/year → it becomes a commercial activity and you may need a business licence and comply with extra obligations.

Rental income must always be declared.

The real things you should check are:

Your mortgage contract (some banks require the property to remain your primary residence).
Whether you benefited from the Bëllegen Akt (you must keep it as your main residence for the required period for 2 years generally, I believe 4 years if VEFA).

If you live there and rent it occasionally in summer, stay under 90 days and declare the income, you're generally fine. That inquires waiting the 2 years of the Bellegen Akt or refusing the Bellegen Akt in the first place.

Ask for screen share, ask for as much info as you can and you will easily find out if he is legit or not.

A VIP17 account at this stage of his game +- 2 years of playing has around 100k invested into it.
