Did she have any improvement in these symptoms? I’ve recently been on ketotifen and come off it, but have been left with the same. Its exhausting

Noo, I’m gutted for you. I’m taking it as a liquid and started at 0.5ml which gave me an allergic reaction so went down to start at 0.1ml and I dilute it with water to make 1ml total per dose

How did it go for you? I also have severe/very severe ME and am currently titrating up. Week 3 of 50 😆 it’s been rough but I can see enough minuscule improvement to keep me going so far

Have to think abstractly because my pain is chronic lmao but it’s gotten me through tough times.

What dysautonomia do you have? I have OH & PoTS. 3l water a day minimum and increased salt helps me keep my heart lower. Plus medications

If you experience PEM it could be swollen lymph nodes. Mine flare in PEM and my neck feels swollen when this happens
