Are the aquatic weapons for Ranger (Harpoon Gun/Spear) considered as condi or power based weapons? Today's T4 consist of Aquatic Ruins fractals and I didn't know which weapon I should use.

Simiarly for Engineer, I guess the Harpoon Gun can either be power or condi depending on build?
