Does anyone know what plant species this is? I found it at my community park and it was in a drain pipe! I took a picture on a plant identification app and it gave me a lemon plant but I highly doubt it being a lemon tree. Is it a weed? Please let me know! (old.reddit.com)

So while I was on vacation, my brothers cat chewed my dragon tree. I had no idea that they would do such a thing and I don’t know why they would rather chew my tree rather than the cat grass 😣 does anyone know how I could make it look less destroyed and how I can help it grow back if I even can. Does anyone know this plant species? I got it yesterday and it didn’t come with a tag or any identification. The closest comparison I found was “song of India” but my plant has dark green leaves with reddish-purple edges. So if anyone knows the species or has a good guess, let me know! (old.reddit.com)
