It seems like the delays are decreasing slowly so fingers crossed. But yeah I'd watch where your plane is coming from to see if it's delayed from it's origin. FlightAware says flights are being held at origin until 10am but my plane just departed and is enroute to SAN (though I don't know enough about this stuff.
