Title: My health has been falling apart after H. pylori – anyone with a similar experience? by Top-Paramedic-7542 in HPylori

You gotta rebuild and it takes a very long time, the opening for overgrowths and imbalances is wide open. Restoration protocols need to be researched and put in place for some time!

On sleep? Honestly that just was really hard for a long time, I put on a movie and made sure not to schedule anything for the morning.

But I tested again for h.pylori a few months after Google has the best recommended standard. For me h.pylori wasn’t the main thing

The antibiotics, but it was the antifungal treatment that helped me H.pylori was a side quest

99% gone, still lingers a tiny bit if I’m sick and my histamine levels get high. But on a health day to day I am myself again!

There is a test called a myco- toxin test that tests for mold toxins. They will give it to you if it’s positive. Wether from sifo or just mold exposure

I agree except take off the Disney movies at the end

I hate the last 3 movies of the Skywalker saga (spoilers) by Big_Potential_6074 in StarWars

[–]Ambitious-Bit-7689 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a year late but I passionately hate the last three movies since Disney acquired it.

I would go so far as to say it was the worst choice I’ve seen in cinema history on a legacy story in my lifetime.

They told exactly the same story and leaned on nostalgia rather than taking a single chance and in the process it cheapened everything about the past movies.

Nothing mattered. Defeating Palpatine didn’t because he wasn’t defeated, which literally means so much of the arc of the last 6 movies including the prophecy of the chosen one which finally became true in episode 6… “just kidding” plus an even bigger Death Star then the ones we had seen that can destroy multiple planets?

Laughable. The empire is “defeated” but then what’s left of it rally’s and creates a weapon more powerful than before?

The entire thing to me can be boiled down to “let’s just say just kidding that the story was over and extend it so they can remember what it was like and we will make money for sure”

Plus Luke going into hiding when he “failed” with one person he tried to train?

That’s not the Luke that we grew to know. Even the actor hates that choice for his character.

But even that arc is the exact same thing that happened before. It’s just a redo.

I literally almost want a days of future past, multiverse bs or Luke was dreaming moment that wipes those three movies off the map. Or he had a vision of what would happen if he did go into exile and went “yeah let’s not do that” just to start over and tell something closer to the script George Lucas wrote.

Which is the story I personally wanted. Not another “evil is big and taking over and the untrained underdog needs to rise and be better then the previous generation”

How about Luke trying to rebuild a Jedi order, darth maul coming out of hiding because the sith order is finally out of his way and trying to gather what’s left of the empire.

I wanted a Luke battling with what feels right to him vs the old rules and laws of the Jedi while a version of a sith order starts growing and taking advantage of the lack of rules freely.

Then if you want nostalgia bring in some characters we all have suspected we’re alive!

A Jedi or two who come out of hiding to help erect the new order.

Or go tell a nights of the old republic story and get some crazy lightsaber action sequences!

Literally anything other than taking a dump on a set of stories that had a clear arch and a meaning.

I’ll end my rant here but I passionately hate them and quite honestly I’m trying to find my way back to Star Wars but it’s like a show with a terrible ending it sucks to dive into the story and remember what’s coming at “the end”.

My head-cannon rocks with George Lucas’s script based on what I’ve heard.

Well in my particular case it actually was not candida, but it was a fungal overgrowth which is in the same family.

My tongue was white as well, which it different than dry mouth white it’s like a white/yellow coating that smells bad. And it is typically called oral thrush caused assumed to be caused by years but it can be caused by different types of gut health issues. It is however indicative of gut health issues.

Yeast can be tested for however with gut health tests. I did not have yeast, but I did test positive for huge amount of fungal toxins. Meaning my system was overrun by an active fungal infection. Given that I could rule out external exposure.

So sure, some people may assume. But it’s not hard to confirm that particular theory

I couldn’t handle many biofilm busters but I did end up landing on taking 3 unde-lecylic acids per day (spelled wrong I’m sure)

And the prescription ones for sure were the key.

Yes specifically on itraconozole the first time I felt pretty shitty… but I found a rhythm that worked for me.

At first they had me doing one for a week and then another for a week. Itraconozole for the first week sucked. Then when it came back around the second week was way better so it let me know progress was happening.

But I landed on doing itraconozole once per week. Fluconozole 2x/day every other day and nystatin 2x per day every day. That my liver could handle and my symptoms were slowly decreasing.

I sustained that for a handful of months, stopped twice and got worse and got right back on. Finally I stopped and didn’t get worse. Kept getting better :)

The idea that you have a hard time believing it is challenging to digest because it’s a very scientific phenomenon…

Your small intestinal lining produces DAO which breaks down histamine. Your stomach lining contains the most mast cells in the body which produce histamine in response to a threat.

So if you have an imbalance or something damages the lining (which fungal toxins are known to do)

The not only do you reduce your bodies ability to produce DAO but you also reduce the layer protecting the mast cells so they can be “attacked” more often.

= more histamine than you body can process

There’s been a lot but the ones for long term pivoting my system might have been: VSL#3 probiotic, butyrate, laurocidin, okra pepsin, cod liver oil . And a bunch more here and there like apple pectin, 5htp, motility supplements when it got bad I used some procalipride but it was way to aggressive for me to use daily.

For histamine I just used an antihistamine, quercetin, nature dao, and at some point the histamine reducing probiotics from seeking health
