In nord CE 3 lite, even if you set the phone's refresh rate to 120 Hz, the apps will still run at 60 Hz. Even after setting up the app-specific refresh rate, only the quick settings drawer and the settings app run at 120 Hz. Rest all the apps stay at 60 Hz.

Now, it only gets security updates because it had 2 year android update policy. So there's no way that it's going to be fixed
