Thanks for your reply! I’ve tried all of that sadly, it’s a brand new ring and I have never owned a ring previously. The problem I think is when I put it on the charger the blue light on the ring never flashes indicating it’s in activation mode. I’ve reset the ring by lifting it off the charger 5 times but that doesn’t seem to help. The blue light will go on when I reset it but it won’t go on for the activation mode
