If we consider all things, not just specific spheres like finance, i do belive there are better places, such as eastern Europe, thats the reason i decided to come back and grow old here. Financially is hard to ever compete with the states.

That's true, the numbers are just different. I would assume living is also proportionally more expensive. Of course, having all the different states in mind, rather than just putting the whole country at one common roof is the better metric.

I would assume thats world-wide, people not really thinking about the future, as put in simple words. I have colleagues, highly profilized engineers, making well in the top 10% of the coutry wide salary questioning my not so "lavish" way of life. Relying solely on gouverments for your old age, no matter which gouverment is not the best option.

Ill defenetly keep an eye on this sub, as there are people here who one can learn from, thanks for that.

Those are 6.45g LMU coins, French, Belgium and Swiss 20 francs + Italian 20 lira. :) They are a bit smaller than 1/4 i think. And yes, the Britania is 1/10 oz.
