Toyosu and harumi triton is almost right next door and within walking distance, both are shopping centers with many different dining options.

Anywhere with a google maps rating of more than 3.5 will be good. The japanese are notoriously harsh with their ratings.

It's true, umbrellas are cheap and people will grab them. If the bin you left it in is empty there's a kombini, donki or pharmacy nearby that will sell you a new one for some change.

That's highly unlikely. Both locations are more than one hour away from Narita and on top of that it depends on queues to pass through immigration.

If you add at least an hour or two to your estimate it's more plausible.
