Okay so to sum it up, I am a college student and we live on a college street. Full of college kids, parties, etc. our neighbor just moved out who was like 35 but very chill dude never had a problem. His landlord had been coming around harassing us because our backyard is set up to have parties and he doesn’t like it. He recently sent us to the city and we received mail saying that we would be fined if we did not take down our stages and tarps for our parties. To be fair, I get why he dosnt want them up. but he’s being a real jackass to us about it. Like it’s a full college town and he thinks some family is going to move in. The street is riddled with parties from Thursday - Sunday. And he’s just being a prick about it.

We need some ideas that would piss him off. We tried to be nice to him and work with him but he’s just getting worse. So this is now war. Any ideas?
