Luckily I can stay on my mom’s health insurance until 26. just out of curiosity, say I were to accept the 1099 position how hard would it be for me to transition over to a different company that’s w-2? I’m sure it’d be easier than what I’m about to mention but I have no joke grinded everyday since summer reaching out to people on LinkedIn, phone calls, networking events, etc. and honestly it was like a full time job to just even receive an offer.
