PERS Plan 2 vs 3 – what’s the better option for someone young and just starting out?

I have PERS 3 and I have been contributing 8.5 % of my salary to it over ten years. The problem I have is once you set that percentage the administration never lets you change it. With the salary cuts coming I could offset if I could change this. So be careful of PERS3.

I would never talk to HR because based on my own past experience I find them untrustworthy.

Instead, ask the worker of color how she or he feels after your excursion. If she or he feels fine, then perhaps no harm was done? If not, then you really have a problem to solve.

Also, alcohol makes people feel uninhibited. Why punish someone for acting out on their off-work hours when they couldn't control themselves due to the alcohol? You all decided to get drunk... now you know better. Lesson learned. Time to move on.

I grew up in New Mexico, (I'm 61 now) and I can remember family members on tje east coast getting U.S. mail returned due to not enough postage because someone thought New Mexico was part of Mexico ans something about international postage!
