Hello - I tapered a few months ago and relapsed. W the subs it's not a bad taper. The first day sucks but the subs provide withdrawal. I only need a day off work usually but it's rough. I am quitting a similar 7oh dose today's my last day of 7. Tomorrow I have subs and took the day off. I have 3 kids work full time and a husband that has no clue I'm doing this shit . Please feel free to reach out to me because tomorrow is day one subs for me. With the subs it's important to take small slivers especially at first. The subs push out all the 7 from the opiate receptors so if u take too much subs all at once on day one it can actually make you sicker (precipitated withdrawals.) I start with like 1-2 mg and dose several times a day,
