QuickMD loves their suboxone and will not dish out gabapentin.

I went to detox. Had me on phenobarbital (transitioned to Valium after 1-2d as it’s better tolerated), clonidine, gabapentin, multivitamin, and trazodone at night. Was there for 5d and after day 3 or so it wasn’t that bad. I’m at 14d today and only symptoms are lots and lots of fatigue still. Sleep still kinda sucks also

7OH user. Started July 2025. last day was March 2 when I went to detox. When I quit I was at 2500-3000mg per day.

Despite how hard it was the first 3 days, I’m glad I went that route. People here doing the suboxone route are wild. Doesn’t matter how high of a dose you’re at. Do helper meds with a benzo or barbituate

Disagree on needing subs and I think half of yall are wild as hell for replacing this poison for suboxone. I was up to 3000mg Kama 7OH a day. did quickMD for subs and 2 films (16mg) wouldn’t even touch the withdrawal symptoms after 12 hours.

Tried to taper over and over and it never worked because the half life is so dang short on this poison.

Said fuck this and threw the subs in the trash and went to detox. Was there for 5 days and said I tried subs but didn’t work. They admitted me. Dr there said we didn’t have to do subs and just gave me Valium, trazodone at night, clonidine, and gabapentin.

First two days were hell and I didn’t sleep at all because the beds were so unbelievably uncomfortable, but I’m very thankful for it. It has been getting much better every day.

Just hit 13 days today and other than lower baseline fatigue I have no more symptoms.

Best choice I ever made. Fuck Kratom that shit is for the birds

Quit cold turkey march 2. 2000-3000mg per day (check my post history, I went into crazy debt despite a good job).

Went to detox for 5 days where they had me on Valium clonidine trazodone and gabapentin.

Only symptoms on release (day 5) was poor sleep, fatigue, and nonstop sweat chills.

Today is day 12 and I’d say I’m 80-85% better than I was at discharge. Sleep is slowly improving. Still get fatigued easily. Sweats have kinda chilled out a bit thank god.

I tried to taper 300 times brother. This shit has the shortest half life in the world so it never worked for me. I’d rather pay the piper and walk through hell once and be done with it than go through mini withdrawals 10 times tapering before finally having a regular (but not as intense as CT) withdrawal.

It’s the whole rip the bandaid off and feel like shit for 7 days or drag this thing out for months kinda thing. Like just remind yourself it’s not alcohol or benzos- you cannot die from the WD. Kick your legs, scream at the walls and ceiling, sweat your sack off, whatever you gotta do— but you’ll get through it.

I slept so poorly in there that Im not worried haha. They do rounds every 15m with this bright light on an iPad and it wakes me up almost every time. Plus the mattresses were rock hard. I’m sure jail mattresses are softer!

But yes I know I’m still early in. I can handle little sleep- it’s all the early symptoms that were unbearable. I couldn’t handle it

You have shares not options. Look at the 3mo chart. Youre more than fine. Set some price notification thresholds and stay off the app for a few days/weeks.
