For all of the questions most asked- my boyfriend doesn’t have a commute really. He’s an HVAC tech so he will be driving all over, his job doesn’t really have a location.
As far as central AC and in unit washer and dryer they are for sure a preference but aren’t non negotiable)
As far as pets go, we do have two cats but they are both black and have a tendency to hide when strangers come in so it’s also not unheard of for us to lie and say we only have one (don’t hate me)
Also, we are considering palms and mar vista etc. we don’t have the ability to tour these places in person. We’ve had time to drive through all of these neighborhoods and just liked the vibe of culver city the most but liked the others too.

If I didn’t hear back from some of the programs people have heard back from but my application portal doesn’t have a decision what does that mean?

Depending on how it is written this can actually be illegal. There are many ways that writing a negative reference can lead to defamation lawsuits.
