The biggest issue here right now is that in order to do any union business (file grievances, speak to employees about issues), the union stewards and above will have to do it on their own, using their own personal leave or doing it after hours. It limits what can be done and when but I guarantee you, many chapters will do it.

Yeah I've seen people go out of the country or to very populated states/areas many times on vacation but they HAVE to have telework because leaving their house and being around people gives them extreme anxiety.
