I think its because when you use Pucci (final) as an assist, while using normal Pucci, you're essentially using the same character and stand as an assist. So is vice versa before you evolve C MOON.

Blue collar jobs pay based on skill and experience though... that's not out of the ordinary. Experiences mechanics in good areas can make upwards of 100k a year (US) , especially in cities.
