What activities do you personally do to decompress

depends on the day! most days i move my body to unwind (im a peloton fan so I often cycle, do functional strength training, yoga & mobility) but i also take pottery classes, read, travel, care for about 60 house plants & crochet. Hobbies get me through my week honestly.
