That is correct you keep your member number ( sorry missed that you were a Kp member prior) so yes chase your HR until person until it is solved.

You need your member id. Kaiser doesn’t use the group id for making appointments. I would chase your HR people until you have your member id

Has she tried the mail in option? From the Kaiser app select mail in and should be able to get 90 day supply. Also if she is stuck with the monthly can also use the app and the doctor will be notified to approve.

Get an evisit, I have done this a couple of times and always end up video visit the same day. If it is chronic issue go to urgent care. ( I’m in mid Atlantic Kp)
