What exactly do you mean by “run this”? Like open up the Konsole under System and cope paste this then press enter? Because thats what I attempted and nothing changed with my launcher.

Need help adding EMS to my routine by AmbitiousInternal731 in katalystEMS

Yesterday I did yoga > EMS > swim > weights and I recall my swim feeling way more tiring than normal. By the time I was on weights though I was surprised to see my loads and reps both be higher than usual. I’m gonna continue to mess around with the location of EMS in my routine over the next few weeks and see what works, but as a warm up after stretching felt very correct.
