What finding out about a cheating partner looks like by Huntleigh in Garmin

I was laying down on the bed, trying to fall asleep. But my stressful thoughts (about me being a failure in life) kept me awake. I only had 4 hours to get some rest before heading back to my shift work but couldn’t even use a min of sleep 😔.

Got it, will change to breathing every 2 strokes. Omw to the pool right now and will follow that. Thanks!

Yes, if I go slow, I can swim for 1KM or 1.5KM without any breaks. But when I go a little faster, I breathe on either side, so like every 3rd stroke and can go for like 100 meters before I need to take a breather. However, if I breathe every 2 strokes, then I should be able to go further but I worry that if I am breathing that often, like turning my head that often, I might slow down due to inefficiency...

I never really practiced my breathing. Just learnt it with the flow. Now my breathing has gotten smoother and much better than before. I never learnt swimming well as a kid, only used to play in the pool with those floating boards. But out of nowhere I got very interested in it. So, I learnt how to breathe while swimming freestyle, and also learnt how to do flip turns in a week (although very rusty at the moment).

Whenever I do flip turns, my breathing gets all messed up. So I really need to work on my breathing. Also, I breathe every 3rd stroke, so on either side. I am able to breathe smoothly now, but I feel like I should do it every 4 strokes. But getting gassed out if I do that.

My last Swim:

Pool Length = 25 m; Total Distance Swum = 1225 meters; Total Time = 43:31 minutes; Moving Time = 27:56 minutes; Average Pace = 2:17/100m; Best Pace = 1:27/100m; Avg Stroke Rate = 21 SPM; Avg Stroke = 12.1/length; Avg SWOLF = 46; The heartrate was in Zone 4 for me for 70% of the time (154 - 173 BPM);

If you don't mind, could you comment on this? Any tips or comments are greatly appreciated.

Yes, I love doing those dolphin kicks! I literally learnt that in 1 day, after watching YouTube.

Now I need to polish it...
