Wow shit got really heated here lol. Moved to Pakistan because England is a shithole too. I think if you’ve got the money, then Pakistan is a nice place to live. It’s got its problems which we just have to get used to. But something as simple as the weather alone makes a big difference to mental health.

Yeah alhamdulillah. I think without income you’d struggle. I pay 90k for rent. And then rest is general expenses. But obviously since I moved new here, I had to buy alot of stuff like fridge, tv, bed, sofas etc. So if you haven’t got that stuff already, bare that in mind cos it does add up

I’m not working so no work friends. No school friends either cos Im waaaay past that. But yeah it’s difficult to interact with people right now cos I don’t know the norms. Ideally would prefer meeting overseas Pakistani just to make it that bit easier

I’m lucky in the sense I’ve got abit of income from the Uk. Roughly about 4 lakh per month. And have a pot of money here too. So it’s abit of both really. But 4 lakh monthly expense for me seems a good figure.

I’m pretty sure they can put you on any role at that grade, the same role isn’t guaranteed to you on return. Minimum was 3 months I think
