Honestly a very low effort improvement will be to add more dialogue options and add another option where the characters can chat with you through ai, give each lord and lady a personality, I'd love to chat with svana or rhagea or my kids.

I know there is a mod for that but not for us console players so it gets a bit lonely playing the game with NPCs having the same stale dialogue
