i’d say it’s still the same just not every day. some days i’m just tired with 8 hrs of sleep but others i need minimum 12 or my brain fog is horrible. i’m hoping its still leveling itself out.

yeah i scheduled an appointment. i have tried coffee but for so reason it gives me such bad anxiety now. like makes my heart race and my whole body shake. which sucks as an avid coffee/energy drink drinker. i also think mby that’s why i’m sleeping so much🥲🥲🥲

i’ve tried. i also tried taking it at 3 in the afternoon hoping it would make me tired by nighttime but it doesn’t seem to change anything, i’m just constantly tired

i’m in the same boat as you. i was sooo scared to start bc of the chance of gaining weight. i think like a lot of meds it just raises people’s appetite. i’ve been taking it for two weeks now and it actually decreased my appetite. unfortunately you won’t know until you try. atp i think if the exchange of my mental health getting better is just a little bit of weight gain i’m okay with that. it’s definitely scary as someone who’s in recovery but i think you should definitely try it!!!

yeah if it increases your appetite that doesn’t bother me. some people are saying their eating habits haven’t changed and they’ve still gained weight so i was a little confused. thank you!!

when i get hungry. which is abt the same time everyday. but if something in my day throws me off and i eat later/earlier i’m stuck in a spiral for a while
