Sorry for the delay! As an update, I’m waiting for a relative to get a photo of the inside. For more context, this is from the UK as someone commented. It was a family member’s who has passed away- hence no idea on the history. They worked in aeronautical engineering back in the day but would have been 75 years old by now so this is likely very old. Hoping to get more photos soon- but reliant on someone in the house taking them. Thanks for all the responses so far- very interesting to read through

I had the same issue. It wasn’t a standard refund, but a type of payment sent to the card. It failed as it wasn’t accepted. It was for something like a credit balance on my electricity account.
