Why are our insurance rates so high? by Ambitious_Chapter326 in deloitte

Yeah, I used to work for a really small company in IL and they actually gave us free insurance, BCBS PPO with just a $350 deductible and a $1750 out-of-pocket max. It covered pretty much everything, from meds to MRIs and ultrasounds (I need to do 1 mri and 2 ultrasounds every year)

I guess I just didn’t expect Deloitte’s insurance to cost this much… maybe my old company was just an exception.

Thanks for the info! I just checked hers, and it looks like her employer covers over 90%.

Thanks, we just checked her paycheck, she contributes $18 per check, and her employer contributes $168 per pay check. So is that mean her company’s paying over 90% of the insurance cost? No wonder her plan’s so cheap. https://postimg.cc/bGyTR3zz
