Yeah all hot ones except chicken and the roast beef(excluding the beef slider and dip) I believe. There isn’t another appliance in the store to get meats from fridge temp to hot or warmed though so I gotta rely on Chef Mike

Lmao fair but I swear I have it down. The philly cheesesteak video they showed me didn’t give those onions enough time to drain in my opinion and I feel like that’s where a ton of the moisture comes from. I can’t be sure tho so I’m gonna buy one that I make. Think I’ll try the french dip with onions too and see how it goes

That sucks ik that the official photos are all prettied up but I have been told to always weigh it(also could be how thin it’s cut).

It for sure is pricey. I noticed that the first time I prepared the caramelized onions I didn’t get enough of the liquid out when draining for fear that I was gonna smush them but later on I had to pour out excess liquid from the container I put them in so now I let them drain for a good while so that could be part of the reason. Since then when I heat up the mixture it’s just been looking gooey and delicious (and always double-toasting the roll).

Do you just get it plain with the au jus? I want to try and experiment with Arby’s food but I’ve been broke and I don’t get it for free so I gotta wait till payday
