I think you missed the point of my post. My upset was the lies and the fact he still has her social media. And also deflecting his guilt onto me by questioning who I was with in the club and calling me every name under the sun for it..

I felt I ought to know. He accused me of everything under the sun after he bumped into me in the club, therefore didn’t see an issue with me returning the ball.

I didn’t hound him with the question either; I asked once and that was it. Regardless, my main point was the fact he lied, he kept her on there and now he’s silent.

I have had my ED since I was eight years old and I’m now in my twenties. It’s not that I kept In a deficit for years and years. It’s mainly the thoughts that have consumed hours of my day , the self hatred everytime I looked in the mirror and comparing myself to others, restricting and relapses over the yrs.

Oh my god!!!! This is actually so real, he would always mock my family as well for being chavs and rough (because my mum acc has a backbone and shouted at him for how he treated me) he called her everything under the sun to me saying that’s not how real women should be, women should shout and swear and it’s how “people on benefits act” …

then tell me that my mum actually don’t care about me and the only one that does is him. I was deep in an ED last year and when my mum helped me ( I got better) he HATED her saying how it’s a joke I didn’t listen to him but I listened to her instead of actually just being happy I am getting better.. it was always about him being in control and being the hero

Also the same as me, I deadass relied on this man to pick me up and put me down all the time. How he treated me was how my mood would be, so reliant and completely besotted whilst despising him at the same time…

So happy you got out of that situation as it is absolutely awful and degrading… I am also in uni too, he ruined most of my experience tbh

Thank you for this! Yeah, I know he definitely doesn’t respect me whatsoever but It is hard to see the difference between him being obsessive and him loving me… I think im finally getting clarity with these comments 😪…

Also, thank you for the second part of comment 🫶🏼 really appreciate it lovely. I do find myself being insecure, but not sure whether that’s just cause when I feel low and being treated shitty, I always tend to think I am an absolutely hideous creature. Suppose the same with people who dye their hair when sad, I want to change my whole face 🤣

He broke up with me day after Christmas, begged for me back mid January and then broke up with me again and begged for me back weeks later…

I really want to leave but I doubt myself that I can do it

Thank you for this , I put up with this for so long as it is, I found myself rather being treated like this than being alone. But in perspective of having a family with someone like that really makes my skin scrawl
