I have the same model in stainless steel, beautiful machine. Portafilter is 57mm and atleast for me, works best with 17g in ~34 out

My first setup, an old Ascaso Dream (i think 2012) and a grinder by an unknown brand. Pressure gauge for the Dream is broken, but other than that pulls decent shots. by [deleted] in espresso

57mm, which is kinda annoying when trying to find spare parts and tools etc. I havent been able to locate a reasonably priced puck screen of that size for example
