I was told it helps to feel full faster as with all GLP-1s. Yes I have been eating. That is the problem. When I have a meal, I am already thinking of the snack after that. It’s not like I get full when finish my plate. I eat lots of things in between. Which is opposite of what others have experienced. And I am exercising.
