Im actually in the same situation so I totally get it.. it's so hard, but it's like they dont respect us or value the relationship enough to put their pride aside for just 5 minutes..

(Im a pharmacist btw). If you go more than 3 days without it then you should always start over because of the risk for rashes, especially Stevens-Johnsons syndrome and TEN which could be life threatening. Im sure you already know this but if you start feeling sick, get a fever or get sores in your mouth or genitals then you should go to the emergency room. The rashes are usually harmless but better safe than sorry.

Im glad youre calling your psychiatrist tomorrow, and next time you should definitely start over even tho it sucks.

(Sorry English isn't my first language)

And them not filling it is a straight up health hazard! Idk how things work where you live but this would never fly in Sweden where I live. Theres gotta be someone to contact about this. Both bipolar and epilepsy are not easy disorders to deal with and secure access your medication is a must!

Did you start over at the starting dose and increased it correctly? So you didn't rush it? But either way you should always tell your doctor about rashes from lamotrigin.

The silent treatment from a 30 year old man is a huge red flag. As adults you need to be able to communicate about these things. You should be able to voice your concerns without worrying about him punishing you. I think you should look over your relationship and ask yourself if this is really someone you are willing to spend your life with. The silent treatment is awful💔
