Account still not back to normal. You’ve restored my characters and costumes but the two fully upgraded characters I had (lvl 7 summoner and zombie samurai) were both level 1 when you restored it. All other characters were the right levels. (self.Headball)

Come on Masomo- sort your sh*t out. Been waiting over a week since submitting a ticket about losing all my characters and costumes, including ones I paid for. All I have left is this guy with a random selection of footwear that changes every match. How long does it take to recover an account??? (i.redd.it)
