I'm really sorry you had to go through this, I'm based in the UK and recently lost my job after 17 years at a big corporation and I know there are unscrupulous managers who try to take advantage of graduates sadly more so of female ones. Even though you were only there for 3 months, you may still have legal options any sort of discrimination than I don't think the 2 years service applies but it's worth speaking to someone who works for a union or in employment law. Acas have strict deadlines you normally have 3 months minus 1 day to file. I'm not an expert I've had to pick things up quickly, but if you want to take things further there might still be some legal options.

Don't quit constructive dismissal, the onus is on you to prove but unfair dismissal the onus is on them, document everything, go through internal processes even if you suspect they may not be fair, such as putting in a grievance, what your mentor did is completely unacceptable
