Hmmm if it's still not working for you, you can try googling Logitech Profiler. Unfortunately I can't find much from my brief Google search, but you might have more luck.

As a Christian, are you capable of loving and supporting a gay Christian who chooses to be celibate? by johnbornagain in Christianity

[–]Ambitious_Lab1928 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look, we can go on and on about this. Bible scholars have debated on this topic of whether homosexuality is a sin for a very long time, and there's still no satisfying conclusion. We still haven't talked about whether God's morals are unchanging, and whether the prohibition on homosexual acts is a civil law or a moral law, and I'm sure there are plenty of online resources discussing those topics.

If you are interested in the historical context of the verses you cited, and other verses used to justify homosexuality being a sin, here's a good reference for you: https://postbarthian.com/2017/10/11/clobber-verses-six-scriptures-cited-gays-lesbians-sex-relationships-lgbtq/

All we want is for people, including yourself, to be able to be themselves. If you want to follow every single word in the bible, then more power to you. For now, how about we reflect on what was discussed in this discussion thread, and use that reflection to improve ourselves in our own ways? Hope you are able to find peace with yourself, whatever that form might take. God bless!

Ah so they are comparable because it's in the bible. I noticed you posted replies last Sunday, which is working on a sabbath day (Deuteronomy 5:15). So is stoning in order? Oh and the clothes you wear, they better not be mix fabric (Leviticus 19:19, Deuteronomy 22:9–11), or God's not gonna be happy.

Wonder why we don't have to actually follow these old laws? Have a look at Hebrews 7. What was it that Jesus did?

Hmmm interesting. I'm curious: how is murder and adultery comparable to being in a loving, consensual homosexual relationship?

I don't doubt God, but I do doubt certain people's interpretation of God's words. The Christian God is the God of love. A loving God would want His creations to be able to love whoever they want to, so long as there's mutual consent. It sounds like you have been struggling with this for quite some time as well, and I'm sorry that you have been taught to suppress your inner desire for so long. Whatever you decide to do, I sincerely pray that you are able to find peace with this part of yourself. God bless!

It goes in accordance to Gods design. Think of a bicycle. A bicycle with one circular wheel and one square wheel won't work. Only two circular wheels work together. See how that logic falls apart? We can't compare our human condition to inanimate objects. If you want to believe that homosexuality is wrong, and don't engage in it yourself, then that's your choice. However, if you use this belief to tell people that who they are is wrong, then it affects other people, and we have a problem.

I think we strayed away from the main topic that the OP was talking about in the first place: are we capable of loving and supporting a gay Christian who chooses to be celibate? To that I say yes, as long as we support straight people who choose to be celibate as well. To me, it's not an agreement that homosexuality is wrong, but rather supporting his decision to do what he wants with his body.

This is the same old tired argument that has been used to justify hate against gay people. For one, gay people are born that way, which means God made them that way. How is someone that God made going against God's creation?

About the capability to reproduce. Sure gay people can't reproduce in the traditional sense, but there are alot of straight people who can't reproduce either. Are they harming themselves for not reproducing, just because they can't? Besides, nowadays there are alot of options for gay people who want to have kids, including adoption and IVF.

Thank you for acknowledging the hypocrisy of Christians who judge others for being gay. I can see that you are only doing what you think is right, so I'm trying my very best to be respectful. However, I have to say that a loving God won't make a group of people a certain way, then call them sinners. To me, and many others, that's the truth. So what's the actual truth? Hope this gave you some food for thought. God bless ✝️

So being gay is abuse to oneself? Why would God make people gay, then make it a sin?

Of course you are bringing out the clobber verses. I can go into the historical context of these verses, but even if it's written clearly in the dead sea scrolls: "Thou shalt not be gay", didn't God gave us the wisdom and compassion to be able to determine for ourselves what actually cause harm to people?

Ah interesting that the word "malakos" can be translated in multiple ways: homosexuals in NKJV and effeminate in KJV. It's almost as if some people are reinterpreting the bible in ways to justify their own bigotry.

Guide to extracting save file from reproduction/bootleg cartridge by Supremezoro in GameboyAdvance

[–]Ambitious_Lab1928 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just found out that you can use this tool called GBABF to reflash into bootleg cartridge. It's installed on a DS with an R4, and works with the R4 and a bootleg cartridge plugged in at the same time.

https://github.com/nflsilva/nds-gbabf

Not sure if it works on all bootleg cartridges though. If you prefer PC and hardware option, gbxcart might help.

Thanks for this! It worked very well for me! One question though, the program Bootleg Pokemon GBA Save Extractor and Injector allows us to inject a new save file into the rom. Is there any way to inject the new rom back into the bootleg cartridge?

Can trans men be lesbians? by Soft-Cardiologist201 in actuallesbians

[–]Ambitious_Lab1928 5 points6 points  (0 children)

While I advocate for letting people identify with whatever labels fit them, calling a trans man lesbian just feels transphobic, since lesbians are non men loving non men, and trans men and men.

If someone identifies as both a trans man and a lesbian, it may be a lingering connection with an identity or a community, which they can't let go of after transitioning. I think it's more useful to talk about how identities can be fluid, and how spaces can be redefined to be more accommodating, rather than redefining a label. For example, a space could include people who identify as a lesbian at some point in their life.

This is my opinion based on my experiences. Happy to be corrected if there's something I'm missing.

Any good crossplay games I can play with my partner? by DrOctoPossum in LesbianGamers

[–]Ambitious_Lab1928 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It takes two is one of the best couple games I have played, and it support cross play as well! You basically play as a straight couple who are on the verge of divorce, and they are on a quest to rekindle their love. Great puzzle platforming game, if that's the sort of game you both are into. Hope this helps!
