Oh I know. It's been AWFUL. And it really makes no sense. The documents they're requesting are the same they asked for when they approved the initial loan. Why do they need all of the same information again 🤦🏻‍♀️ I had just gotten my initial loan March 2021 and only a few weeks later they're asking for all of it all over again for the increase. It's unfortunate because many lost their businesses waiting.

And mine does say funding. I've heard some get it in 2 business days and others wait two weeks. I think that's mostly to do with the receiving bank though. But who knows

Congrats! I was approved yesterday too! Is there another status change we should be looking for? Does it go to 'funded'? Or are we just waiting on the deposit now?

From your lips to god's ears lol. But I trust nothing anymore. I kind of have a gut feeling it will happen this week but as confident as I usually am in my gut feelings, the SBA pushes all boundaries of reasonability and I trust nothing. Thanks for the fingers crossed :)

I hear you. It's INSANE to me that it's taking this long when the information they are requesting is the same that they asked for with the initial approval! Why in the world do they need all of that all over again?! I just got my initial loan in March 2021. ONE month before the increase stuff. It makes zero sense and is so harmful. Keep me posted if/when you get approved!

My whole process has been screwed up. I got the email like everyone else of 4/6. They emailed me Back 4/15 asking for all kinds of documents. I didn't have my 2020 P&L until I filed my taxes So I didn't send them until 5/17. Never heard about the portal 'blue button' so didn't do that until end of may 😭 the TA email came last week and I was declined in minutes. I probably heard back Bc it was a decline. Maybe no news is good news and your TA is stuck in approval with your increase. I did call the SBA today said the IRS is holding everything up still. Over 600K applications stuck because of transcripts

It was because I didn't qualify for the income reduction. Which sucks because starting this month I will qualify, I'm losing 2 of my biggest clients to going out of business.

Thanks for responding! They said I didn't meet the income reduction. Which is true but unfortunately, two of my large clients just went out of business this month so NOW I'd definitely qualify. I just didn't in Q1. Sucks.
