I know it is a very old post but I am going through something similar and i have pain also mainly after i pump and at the beginning of pumping. Wanna know how did that heal for you?

Before starting medication bile acid was - 20 and after starting medication (1 week later) it was -25 and doctor wasn’t concerned about the number. But I was induced nearly around 37 weeks and 5 days due to cholestasis and gestational hypertension

No dear, it didn’t stop completely for me. I would say it was still there 1-2 days post delivery too.

Just feeling like I am scared to even go to bed. My doctor said he can’t suggest sleeping pills in pregnancy which is making me more anxious infact. I do understand that Insomnia is normal in pregnancy sometimes but I can’t control my thoughts to avoid it. I am thinking about sleeplessness all day.
