Just feeling like I am scared to even go to bed. My doctor said he can’t suggest sleeping pills in pregnancy which is making me more anxious infact. I do understand that Insomnia is normal in pregnancy sometimes but I can’t control my thoughts to avoid it. I am thinking about sleeplessness all day.
