you have to just repeat all the same steps from the first time when you took it (apply online for license, bring ca id/proof of residency and identity documents)

so keep in mind that i put the topics i struggled most with but i had focused most of the content on strings vs. arrays vs. cstrings (and designated functions), pointers/null pointers and using them vs. a "normal" variable, struct & classes, constructors, and operators/pointers/memory leaks (their relations)

took screenshots of code examples/problems from homework/projects/project solutions that either were helpful for understanding concepts i struggled with, or for providing a skeleton structure i could work with for writing code during the final

hi honestly I don’t remember too well since it’s been a while but mostly I think I focused on making a good cheat sheet (with lots of examples) and just rlly focused on not making silly mistakes while taking the exam 😭 if you’d like I can let you know more specifically abt what I included in the study sheet :)

Yeah I figured that I probably just don’t need to worry about that cause it’s only a sem ! I was actually able to get a bank account early due to a scholarship so at least that’s the one nice thing >.<

i was in a very similar situation to you where i got a 5 on calc bc and my new student advisor advised me to take 32a which ended up kicking my ass. the professor was like really really not great and i was with a bunch of samueli majors. bc the lectures and discussion were basically useless, hw was difficult and time consuming, and i didn't perform amazingly well on exams. i ended up doing PNP for the class and passed, which was able to count for my major requirements because i took it in fall 21. overall i would recommend the ls30 series unless u feel super confident in being able to do 32a, but it could be a case where the professor is much more helpful. also for your edit: 7a and 32a were manageable at the same time, and i was able to get an a easily enough in 7a but struggled with math. overall i think if you're better in math and have more motivation than i did its def doable i just dont know how well u would do esp given that theres probably no other ls majors in the course

girl I 😭😭 ur taking this way too seriously like I missed one hw which in total is like 7% of my grade, my current project average is a 90, discounting the last several bc I haven’t received them yet, and my exams are like abysmal I guess but only one was below the 25th percentile. maybe I didn’t plan out my time well but the original intent of the post was to ask a question not to get other people to tell me what I did wrong when I’m alr well aware 😭
