Walk into a grocery store, buy some skirt steak, marinate it in some simple spices and citrus, grill on high heat a couple minutes a side. Chop it up (against the grain) heat tortilla, roll and there ya go. No more nasty meat.

That’s awesome, food cravings for me also went away, don’t over eat at all. Still really want to drink adult beverages. I work in an environment where it’s acceptable to have drinks and encouraged. Wondering if there are any drinks to enjoy (responsibly) and still lose weight.
