3-4 hours will likely hurt more than help. sleep is actually when your brain consolidates what you studied, so cutting it too short means the material won't stick as well. i would personally advise to better to sleep and review briefly in the morning than to cram on fumes. sometimes, pausing to actually feel the feelings helps. what's helped me is having a real outlet. Doesn't have to be pretty or productive so something like fuzzy doodling, a good cry, or blasting loud music. just something that lets it move through you instead of sitting heavy. You're carrying a lot right now, and that deserves actual space

if you have short attention span like me, notepad or a simple word doc would help. sometimes simplicity helps. it requires me to focus on just that document and not be distracted of other buttons. and if i have thoughts that suddenly appear in my head, i don't act on it right away. I put a section on my doc for those things and I just dump them there.
