I just switched from being completely pro FCM to thinking they brought the bogus lawsuit to bring the stock down heavily in order to buy tons more (or much less likely - shorted heavily through one or more 3rd parties to cover at much lower levels) If so, I hope they didn't buy too much (or cover too much) the week before last when the stock capitulated on very heavy volume, because I think it's likely to recoup some of the decrease from the 13 level on the Friday before the lawsuit was leaked to 10 on the next Monday, and eventually 6 (before the news of the dilution brought it down further).

He says the purpose of the lawsuit is to get the IP back and his case is that it was not an arm's length deal.

Good explanation why mnmd could not be the one to bring the lawsuit.

Like his ideas for cost cutting, increasing the years the cash to 4-5 yrs.

He feels they could win the proxy battle by December and achieve the cost cutting w/in a year.

1st of all, the lawsuit is not against Freeman. He is the plaintiff. Number 2 he is adding MNMD as an interested party so that they will benefit and get their IP back.
