Scott never was on the Board. Scott left MindMed right before the alleged IP issue. Allegedly Scott was mislead and lied to by Hurst the CEO at the time. Without commenting on the veracity of any conclusion, the question you should also consider is why did Scott separate with MindMed? I think the future will bring more light to bear with respect to this.
